- Mostly done with negotiation. Primary sticking point is the green wall. Offered suggestions for architectural walls with landscaping elements, as they are concerned with maintenance cost of a full on greenwall

Parks Report
It’s my park day was cut short by rain, but all the mulch got distributed.
Ryan spoke with a park maintenance person and discovered that the reason the water fountains are not working is due to work done during the construction of the new Elementary School. Also, the city plumbers have tried to fix it, but have not been able to.
- Brian to reach out to GC of the school and see if he can figure anything out.
- Sandra to reach out to Claire Simmons, on the architectural committee of the school.
Bike lane updates
- Sandra, Tim, Ryan met with bike lane people. Dale island done Anderson lane islands and signals done
- Redoing street surface and finalizing lane on burrell through May.

- Can we get most recent trip count for Ohlen at Burrell data? The most common complaint has been about the left turn onto to Ohlen from Burrell and a stop sign would help.
