Presented on Community defense activities. Currently focusing on canvasing business so they know their rights when it comes to law enforcement. Working with families who have had working family members detained and having trouble paying rent/food etc. Concerned that automated license plate readers are being used to detain people with no prior arrets/warrants/etc. They provided this flyer:

It’s My Park Day, 9-noon Nov. 7th. City sponsored twice a year in Nov. and March. Usually, we mulch trees and weed the garden. Sometimes add rocks and weed guard/cardboard to the corner garden. Usually 30 volunteers. Also, if you get a shirt local business offer free/discounted stuff.

- NA owns domain now, and not by an individual. Next step getting hosting.
Contact Team
Contact team voted on an agreement for Toyota Dealer and dealer was amenable to proposal.
For 2020 Anderson Lane the team voted on a position for neutral position (neither opposed or supporting) if they agree to have a trail with stub out connects so the trail can eventually connect to Sales and Belford. Also, voted to support if they do the previous and also worked with the city to build out the Belford connection, not build a parking garage facing the neighborhood, and built at least one level of underground parking.
Also discussed bylaws changes around mission, elections, and decision meeting.

Phil agreed to stay on as treasurer for another 6 months.

Discussed potential bylaws revisions, removing reference to Roberts Rules or Order, directly adding in rules of conduct, procedures for how and when to provide documents.
