Next neighborhood meeting: Monday, May 14

Wooten Neighborhood Association meets next on Monday, May 14 at 7pm in Wooten Park. Please come and learn more about your neighborhood!

NOTE: Because Redeemer Lutheran Church is under construction, we will NOT be meeting at our usual location (the Redeemer cafeteria).

Instead, we’re having a picnic in the park! Join us at the south side of Wooten Park, near the trail between the playground and the corner garden bed. We’ll provide some snacks and drinks but feel free to bring your own food and (non-alcoholic) beverages. Bring a blanket or lawn chair to lounge on. Your kids can even play at the playground!

You can park along Dale St or Burrell Rd – or walk!

The agenda will include reports about neighborhood events, safety and crime, and Wooten Park activities. We usually hear from District 7 councilmember Leslie Pool or her staff, and our police District Representative Judson Chapman — along with lots of other news from neighbors. (Click here to read the minutes from the last meeting.)

***In case of bad weather, check wootenna.com for an alternate location.
