Dec 2025 WNPCT Minutes

Toyota Rezoning

The Toyota team was not able to attend the call, but they sent renderings of the proposed Toyota dealership. In reviewing the renderings, the team would like to obtain clarity on where the lights will be put on the top level.

The chair will continue to work on the list of requests to send to Toyota before the next meeting.

Elections

Two positions were up for election in the team: Attendance Keeper and Vice Chair. These two positions was held by Brian Mater (Attendance Keeper) and Joe Karnavas (Vice Chair).

Both these positions were filled when the previous chair and keeper had not completed their term so the Vice Chair and Attendance Keeper can serve again if they are interested.

The Chair opened up nominations. The only people interested in the position were Brian Mater and Joe Karnavas. They were re-elected.

Other Items

The Chair received an email from the City of Austin on naming the building/lot on community lot in the neighborhood.
