Contact Team
Toyota Update
The Toyota reps made a novel argument about how they did not need to get a Conditional Use Permit and asked the contact team to let the city know that we agreed with that. In conversations with the contact team we felt that the CUP was preferred over other options, additionally the Council Members office and the Development Services staff told us they don’t agree with the novel argument and they would not remove the CUP requirement. Ryan and any interested members will have a meeting with them in a week to share updates, but not decisions on action will be made until next formal contact team meeting.
