Anderson Square Restricted Covenant

This past week, the Austin City Council approved the zoning change for the Anderson Square Development, as reported by Community Impact. As part of this approval, the developers reached an agreement with the Wooten Neighborhood Planning Contact Team (WNPCT). This agreement, known as a restricted covenant, outlines the items that the WNPCT negotiated on behalf of the neighborhood. These items include affordable housing, park improvements, enhancements to walkability, and considerations for local businesses.

The WNPCT and the Wooten Neighborhood Association (WNA) worked with the developers for over a year to finalize this agreement. A big thank you to everyone involved!

The whole agreement can be reviewed here: Anderson Square Restricted Covenant.
